About Us
Anuradha Srinivasan is a multidisciplinary designer whose work blends innovation, culture, and the power of narratives. With a deep-rooted passion for human-centered design, she specializes in design thinking workshops, bespoke lamp-making, and reinventing heirloom relics into contemporary expressions of memory and meaning.
We facilitate immersive, hands-on workshops that introduce participants to the power of design thinking. Our sessions are collaborative, curiosity-driven, and tailored to diverse groups from students and startups to social enterprises. Participants are guided through the five stages of design thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Her workshops are known for turning abstract ideas into tangible outcomes, equipping attendees with the tools to solve real-world problems based on individuals experiences, beliefs and contexts.
Her “One Design, One Person” lamps are one-of-a-kind personas, each handcrafted for and inspired by a single individual. Through conversations and storytelling, she uncovers the personal nuances, memories, and aspirations of her clients, which are then translated into a functional yet deeply emotional object. These custom lamps are not just sources of light they are sculptural narratives, notable artifacts that reflect the soul of their owner.
In a world of disposability, Anuradha finds magic in the forgotten. She reinvents heirloom relics, transforming old family possessions be it a broken trinket, a disused vessel, or an aged textile into renewed objects with fresh purpose. Her process involves honoring the original form and sentiment while reimagining the object in ways that connect past, present, and future.
